Context & Mandate
Joined during Paylocity’s shift from payroll into a full Human Capital Management (HCM) provider.
Mandate: build a scalable design practice, accelerate delivery of missing Talent modules (Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Performance Journals, Onboarding), and ensure enterprise-grade UX under compressed timelines.
